Does Purfence collect my data?
No. Purfence collects zero data. We don't track what you do on your computer, we don't create user profiles, and we don't serve ads. Your data stays on your computer, period.
How do I know Purfence is working?
Purfence runs silently in the background. You'll see a system tray icon indicating protection is active. You can open the Purfence dashboard to view scan history, quarantine items, and protection status.
Can I use Purfence with other antivirus software?
We recommend using Purfence as your primary antivirus. Running multiple antivirus programs simultaneously can cause conflicts and reduce performance. Uninstall other antivirus before installing Purfence for best results.
How do I report a false positive?
